Job Title: Office Clerk (Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time)
Location: Pasadena, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our team in Pasadena. This full-time, temp-to-hire position plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations, data entry, and administrative tasks. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and mail distribution

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and company databases

  • Use Excel to compile reports, analyze data, and perform lookups and cross-referencing tasks

  • Assist with inventory tracking, order processing, and invoice reconciliation

  • Maintain organized records and assist with document management

  • Communicate with internal departments and vendors as needed

  • Provide support to office staff and management with various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in office administration or Microsoft Excel a plus

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience), with opportunity for full-time hire upon successful completion of the temp period.
